Salman Khan And Govinda Have A Warm Moment On 17th Anniversary Of ‘Partner’, Fans Demand Sequel

Actors Salman Khan and Govinda seems to have completely quashed there beef if there was any. The two were seen sharing a warm moment again at a recent event in Mumbai despite their alleged turbulent past. During the trailer launch of ‘Dharamveer 2’ on Saturday, the Partner co-stars exchanged a hug displaying their camaraderie before the world.

Commenting on the video shared by Manav Manglani, fans demanded a sequel of the 2007 movie Partner, which incidently marked 17 years of its release on Saturday.

Reports say their relationship went sour after statements by Govinda who alleged that he was removed from the 1997 hit film Judwaa.

Govinda has also reportedly claimed that there was a conspiracy to drive him out of Bollywood and he accused many prominent personalities in the industry including Salman. His relationship with many also soiled as a result, filmmaker David Dhawan being the most infamous example. But the two reconciled last year overcoming their differences.

As for the trailer launch on Saturday, it was to promote the sequel of 2022 film Dharamveer based on the life of late Shiv Sena leader Anand Dighe. The film also explored the life of Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde who was present at the trailer launch.

His deputy Devendra Fadnavis along with Bollywood legend Jeetendra and others also shared the stage with Salman. The film is set to release in theatres on August 9.
