Farah Khan Points Out Similarities Between Salman Khan & Baba Ramdev: ‘Aap Dono Ek Hi Ho, Woh Bhi…’

Bollywood filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan is currently busy hosting her vlog on her YouTube channel alongside her cook, Dilip. The recent celebrity to grace it is none other than Baba Ramdev. As he gave her a tour of his Haridwar ashram, in the show, she pointed out similarities between him and Salman Khan.

Yes, you read that right! As he showed her the meditation halls, cottages, and peaceful corners, which are designed for spiritual growth, he told her that he lives in a small hut, crafted from Jodhpur stones, despite building palaces for other people. Reacting to the new revelation she said that he and Salman are similar because of their shared simplicity.

Quoted by the Free Press Journal, the 60-year-old filmmaker said, “Toh aap aur Salman Khan ek hi ho. Woh bhi 1BHK me rehta hai aur banayein hai mahal sab ke liye.”

In the same video, the Om Shanti Om director called Baba Ramdev’s personal house ‘shaahi mahal’ and also praised its grandeur. She said, “Maharaj ji, you’ve built an entire city for yourself.” To this the yoga guru said, “Like Mahatma Gandhi had his Sabarmati Ashram, this is my tapassvi kutiya. I’ve built this palace for people, but I continue to live in a jhopdi.”

On the work front, Farah Khan recently hosted Bigg Boss 19’s Weekend Ka Vaar episode. She stepped in for Salman Khan, who is busy shooting for his upcoming movie, Battle of Galwan, in Ladakh. The episode also saw Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, as guests on the show, as they were promoting their upcoming film Jolly LLB 3.
