Ileana D’Cruz Confirms Wedding To Michael Dolan: ‘Married Life Is Going Beautifully’

Ileana D’Cruz has revealed her relationship status after months of speculation by her fans that she had married US-based Michael Dolan.

The actor, who most recently starred in Do Aur Do Pyaar alongside Vidya Balan, Pratik Gandhi, and Sendhil Ramamurthy, had announced her pregnancy in April 2023.

She later gave birth to a son, whom she named Koa Phoenix Dolan.

Now, in an interview with India Today, the actor finally revealed her marital status, saying, “Married life is going beautifully. It’s really hard to say what I love about him the most. I’ll have to really think because I feel like every time I come up with an answer, there’s something else that, you know, trumps that the next day.”

Though Ileana D’Cruz didn’t name Michael Dolan or give any specific details, she did express her happiness about being married and having a family.

Talking about Michael Dolan, she further said, “He’s seen me through my worst times; my absolute worst times. He has seen me through some of my best times as well. He’s just been constant from day one. He has been this constant support of love, and he’s just been consistent. Weirdly, it is exactly like the dialogue from Do Aur Do Pyaar; he shows up every day.”

Ileana D’Cruz hadn’t been seen on the big screen since 2019’s Pagalpanti. Her last release was 2021’s The Big Bull, which also starred Abhishek Bachchan, but that was released on Disney+ Hotstar.

Ileana D’Cruz got married on 13 May, 2023, according to multiple reports, which was four weeks before she announced her pregnancy on Instagram.

She has consistently been active on social media, sharing glimpses from her life with her fans and even posting pictures with her husband, Michael Dolan.

On the work front, Do Aur Do Pyaar is the comeback movie for Ileana D’Cruz. Though we don’t know what her next project will be, we’ll hopefully see more of the Barfi! actor very soon.
