Here’s What Amitabh Bachchan’s Son-In-Law Kunal Kapoor Has To Say About The Bachchan Family: ‘It’s Not Very…’

It is a well-known fact that the Bachchans are one of the most influential families in the Hindi entertainment industry. They always make the headlines for various reasons, from Jaya Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan, to the new generation of the family Agastya Nanda and Aaradhya Bachchan. Bollywood actor Kunal Kapoor, who married into the family in 2015, recently opened up about his in-laws. During a chat with News18 Showsha, he spoke about the family and shed light on how they are, if they are different from other Indian households.

Despite having achieved their stardom separately, Kunal revealed that the family is similar to any Indian family. He told the media publication, “Well, it’s like any other household, honestly. It’s not very different from any other household.” With just two sentences, he dismissed the notion that the Bachchan family might be different from other Indian families.

For those who don’t know, Kunal married Amitabh Bachchan’s niece, Naina Bachchan. She is the daughter of Ajitabh Bachchan and Ramola Bachchan. Ajitabh is Amitabh’s younger brother, five years younger than the veteran actor. Unlike the latter, he moved to London several years ago and is a businessman. Apart from Naina, they are also parents to Bhim Bachchan, Namrata Bachchan and Nilima Bachchan.

Talking about the Bachchan family, it consists of Sr Bachchan his wife Jaya Bachchan, their kids Shweta Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan. The latter is married to actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. While Abhishek and Aishwarya’s daughter Aaradhya is still in school, Shweta’s daughter Navya Naveli Nanda is an entrepreneur and even helps her father, Nikhil Nanda with business. On the other hand, her son Agastya Nanda made his Bollywood debut with The Archies. He will be next seen in Ikkis.

Kunal Kapoor got married to Naina Bachchan in 2015, in a private family ceremony. They welcomed their son in 2022. While is a well-known Bollywood actor, she is an investment banker and prefers to keep her life private.
