Salman Khan Performs Ganapathi Aarti At Sister’s Home On Ganesh Chaturthi; Riteish Deshmukh And Family Joins: Watch
Salman Khan and family brought home vighnaharta on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi 2025.
The Bollywood star’s entire family gathered around the idol to perform aarti. Father Salim Khan, mother Salma Khan, brother Arbaaz Khan and others joined the archana. The puja was done at Salman Khan’;s sister Arpita Khan Sharma’s residence in Mumbai. Rest of the family also joined in including Sohail Khan, Alvira Khan, Alizeh Agnihotri, Arpita, Aayush Sharma and their sons Ahil Sharma and Ayat Sharma.
Friends Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’souza along with their family were present on occasion.
The Dabangg (2010) star shared a clip of the puja ceremony on his X/Twitter account that went viral with over 57k likes, and 5.7k retweets. Bollywood’s Bhaijaan shared the same on Instagram as well where it garnered more than 22 lakh likes.
Earlier on the occasion of India’s 79th Independence Day, Salman Khan shared a musical cover of “Saare Jahan Se Accha Hindustan Humara.” The patriotic video went viral, striking a chord of secularism with fans and critics alike.

The 59-year-old star was last seen in AR Murugadoss directorial Sikandar (2025). His next venture is Battle of Galwan, the shooting of the war drama has already begun in the stunning backdrop of Ladakh. The movie will show the conflict between Indian troops and their Chinese counterpart in the Galwan Valley in 2020. Salman Khan will portray Colonel B Santosh Babu in the Apoorva Lakhia directorial.
